APRIL 2026
Fabien Hospital, partner at Consors, had the honour of participating in one of the round tables at the Confluences Pénales de l'Ouest 2026, to discuss the role of business intelligence in negotiation:
"A big thank you to Pascal Rouiller and his team for the flawless organisation of this event in Angers, as well as to Nicolas de la Taste and all the participants for debates as rich as they were inspiring.
At Consors, we believe that business intelligence is not limited to data collection: it is indeed a strategic lever to anticipate and manage risks and threats, but also to facilitate negotiations. During my presentation, I shared our experience along with a concrete case where data collection and analysis prevented costly litigation for our clients. A demonstration that legally obtained and well-exploited data can transform relations between private parties.
What particularly struck me was the diversity of viewpoints between lawyers, magistrates and journalists (Laura Motet Laëtitia Blanchard). These discussions confirmed one thing: criminal justice cannot evolve without close collaboration between all actors. These debates also illustrate an obvious fact: justice remains one of the essential pillars of our democracy, a valuable reminder in a world where some sometimes seem to forget it."
